Were I a more sarcastic and cynical person, I'd point out that caffeine is an appetite suppressant, so you should drink some Coca-Cola. And, you know, get more Coke Rewards Points.

My breakfast is invariably a bowl of cold cereal with nonfat milk and a small glass half-filled with orange juice, half-filled with sparkling citrus-flavored water.

When the weather cools off I switch to my winter breakfast of oatmeal. Maybe I'll do it early, to combat the urge to snack in the mornings.

If you are very hungry in the morning, think about what and how much you ate the night before. It seems like when I eat a big dinner my stomach expects more of the same the next morning. Then it complains loudly when it doesn't get it. A protein shake at 10 a.m. sometimes helps.
Still eating cold pizza for breakfast, huh?

Took me thirty some odd years before I figured out that everything I liked to eat for breakfast: cereal, toast, donuts, soy milk, fruit... spiked my blood sugar and made me hungry again two hours later.

Actually, it was wife who pointed this out. So now it's oatmeal with lots of walnuts or eggs each morning. Then I can hold out for three hours.
