I’m Wade Rockett, a copywriter, editor, gamer and marketing communications strategist. I live and work in and around Seattle and Tacoma.
I’m a digital strategist at communications agency Weber Shandwick, where I’ve helped companies of all sizes inform, entertain, persuade and motivate their audiences online and off. My clients have included Microsoft, GM, Juniper Networks, Beyond Gaming and the U.S. Army.

I’m a freelance copy editor for Wizards of The Coast’s Dungeons and Dragons. I’ve worked on Dragon and Dungeon articles for classic settings such as Greyhawk, Dark Sun and Kara-Tur.
I’m on the masthead of Kobold Quarterly magazine and do copywriting, marketing and advertising for its game design division Open Design. Among other things I created and executed KQ’s award-winning marketing plan for Gen Con Indy 2010. Read more about how we rolled at Gen Con.
